At OffSector, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed and unworn.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• The item is returned in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase/order details are provided.

Items showing signs of use, damage, washing or alteration will not be accepted.

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags
• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased under offers marked as non-returnable
